At SupaClear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.



Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped from Wollongong, NSW, Australia.

  • Shipping cut-off time is 12pm.

  • Orders are usually shipped with AusPost or Sendle. Choose express post while checking out if required.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fee: $10 AUD

  • From time to time, free or discounted shipping offers may apply. These promotions are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within Australia: 3–7 business days.

  • If you require the product to be shipped to New Zealand, reach out to supaclearau@gmail.com

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g. courier delays, public holidays).

Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.



Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind or decide the product is not right for you:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Faulty or Defective Products

If your SupaClear watch has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

In this case:

  • SupaClear will cover the return shipping cost

  • You may choose between:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.



Supa Guarantee


The Supa Guarantee – Shop With Confidence


We stand behind our products. That’s why we offer the Supa Guarantee:

If you purchase a SupaClear watch and:

  • Don’t like it, or

  • Feel it doesn’t look as advertised

You can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The watch is unused

  • It is returned in its original packaging

Important:

  • Return shipping costs under the Supa Guarantee are borne by the customer

  • Once approved, you will receive a refund for the product price only once received back at the office address.



Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear or use

  • The original packaging is missing or damaged

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear



How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos if the item is faulty

Do not send items back without contacting us first.



Additional Terms

  • SupaClear reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions above.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
