At SupaClear, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our watches. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.

Warranty Coverage

All SupaClear watches come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing, operational, and functional defects under normal use.

If your watch experiences a functional or operational issue, we will:

• Assess the issue

• Provide a brand new replacement watch once the issue is confirmed

• Cover all shipping costs related to the approved warranty replacement

What Is Covered

The SupaClear warranty covers:

• Watch not powering on due to internal defects

• Mechanical or electronic malfunctions

• Operational failures affecting normal timekeeping or functionality

• Manufacturing defects identified during normal use

All warranty claims are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and transparency.

What Is Not Covered

The SupaClear warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage of any kind (cracks, scratches, dents, impact damage)

• Damage caused by drops, accidents, or misuse

• Strap discoloration or material changes, including yellowing over time

• Normal wear and tear

• Drained or depleted coin batteries

• Water damage, moisture exposure, or condensation inside the watch

• Damage caused by exceeding stated water-resistance limits

• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

• Improper handling, storage, or negligence

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Do not send the product back until our support team provides confirmation and instructions.

Replacement Process

Once a warranty claim is approved:

• A brand new replacement watch will be issued

• All shipping costs will be covered by SupaClear

• Replacement delivery times may vary based on availability and location

Replacements are provided in exchange for the defective product.

Warranty Limitations

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser

• Valid only for products purchased directly from SupaClear or authorized retailers

• SupaClear reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims

• A replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
